It is possible for ICCA members to import data into their own system, but keep a few issues in mind.
In the ICCA Association Database Online you can search for Series and Events (see User Manual – Chapter 5: http://www.iccaworld.com/dcps/doc.cfm?docid=510.
After you have made a selection, please make sure to check the records carefully before you export the data.
Notes:
You can export up to 500 Series or Events profiles.
You cannot export Series with their Events information linked to it (or vice versa).
You can only export the data, not link to it.
The format of the export and the names of the fields is described in the User Manual - Chapter 7.
Before you import the data into your own CRM system, make sure to double-check it in a database programme such as MS Excel or MS Access. You may also need to change the format of the database into the one required by the CRM system.
Many CRM systems allow you to import the data and double-check the records against what is already in your own system, to avoid having duplicates. Make sure to check with the CRM software company what the possibilities of importing and de-duping are.
