An ICCA Data Workshop is an intensive but rewarding day of training, beginning with an introduction to ICCA and the Meetings Market, touching on strategies to attract association clients and providing an overview of all the ICCA services, events and ICCA Data products.

The main focus of the day will be the demonstration of the Association online database, interwoven with hands-on computer training to practice all the search and selection possibilities through case studies.
