Description: Join the panellists from yesterday's session - "Guiding your organisation and running your events in a Dangerous, Risky, Uncertain, Insecure World" - who will lead a practical session to identify what should be included in a new ICCA Risk, Security & Disaster Management Resource Kit. What topics should be included to create a comprehensive index? Which case studies will have greatest value? Where are the best check-lists and best-practice guidelines to be found? Which PCOs, venues, and international association clients will be willing to share material and processes that they have developed in-house to address specific risk issues? The emerging Resource Kit will be made available to the thousands of international associations in the ICCA database, as well as becoming a valuable tool for ICCA members themselves. |
