Description:
ICCA has recently developed a special scholarship programme for students of ICCA member Universities, which entitles them to participate in the ICCA Congress. This is one of the first steps to improve transparency between the meetings industry and the education institutions as well as to give the most distinguished students of our member universities practical experience and access to the network of the leading professionals in the industry. This session is aimed to make the next step in making clear what the meetings industry can offer the students and also to create a high level position paper setting out what areas the industry would like to see academic institutions conduct more research into. This years’ scholarship students will set the scene by informing the audience what kind of projects they are currently working on followed by interactive discussions with the audience.
