Hosted Buyers are senior decision makers with top level purchasing responsibility that qualify to have their flight and accommodation paid for by EIBTM. Hosted Buyers commit to attend pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors of their choice through a buyer driven matching system. EIBTM takes place at the Fira Gran Via, Montjuic 2 exhibition centre in Barcelona. Special rates are available for exhibitors and visitors at the official EIBTM hotels. There are also free shuttle buses to the exhibition from the airport and the official hotels.
