The Registration fee is 920 Euro for both the bureau and client together inclusive VAT.
The registration fee is to be paid by the bureau and the bureau is also responsible for their own and their clients travel to and from the local airport/railway station. The registration fee includes airport transfers, 2 single rooms for 2 nights (including breakfast) at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel as well as all meals, networking receptions and sightseeing as outlined in the programme.
If you wish to extend your stay, the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel offers the special rate of €120 per single room per night and €130 per double/twin room including breakfast and tourist taxes either side of the workshop with further nights subject to availability. Bureaux need to complete the Registration form and Bureau Profile and ask their client to complete the Client Profile. All three completed forms need to be typed and fully completed and sent to ICCA Head Office in a word document by email to Claire Jackson. ICCA Head Office will then check to see if the client meets with the criteria set out in the guidelines. If the client is suitable, the bureau and client will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.
Places on this Workshop are on a first-come-first-served basis and only two bureaus from the same country can participate. The deadline for registration is 31 May 2012.
