  Take the lead from HOUSTON
Arrange a personalized Database Training Session!

The Greater Houston CVB (Sector: Destination Marketing), The Sullivan Group (Sector: Meetings Management) and the George Brown Center Houston (Sector: Venues) held a private Database Training Session in March 2010. Joanne Joham, CMP, CMM, Regional Director North America, travelled to Houston to hold the all day session.

Joanne told the Houston based  participants that the ICCA research team in Amsterdam had created a personalized database training session which incorporated information vital for members in all three sectors represented at the training session. The day was spent discovering how to best obtain, save and utilize searched information, prepare bids utilizing the services of members from the different sectors as well as  to search for individualized needs. Comments indicated that it was an extremely rewarding investment of time for all concerned.

Thank you Houston for giving me the opportunity to travel to your lovely city and get you all better acquainted with the ICCA Database. This cross Sector Database training is something which other destinations should seriously consider!
