The registration fees above exclude 21% Lithuanian VAT.
*We would like to give people who were at IMEX in Frankfurt the opportunity to register for the ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programme in Vilnius, Lithuania from 15-17 July 2010. We therefore have extended the early registration deadline by one week to Friday 4 June 2010.
Included in the registration fee:

- Business Exchange
- Lunches, coffee breaks, evening social events
Not included in the registration fee:
- Travel to and from Vilnius
- Hotel accommodation
*Observer
Non-ICCA members may attend the ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programme as observers for one year only if they are eligible and genuinely interested in joining ICCA in the near future. Attendance as an observer is by invitation only and special application must be made to ICCA Head Office. For more information please contact Pat Soen
Accompanying guests
Accompanying guests are welcome! There will be no official sightseeing programme during the day but accompanying guests are welcome to join the evening functions. There will be a small charge of €75 (excluding 21% LithuanianVAT) to cover the costs of F&B. If you would like to register an accompanying guest, please send an email to Tadeja Pivc

Should accompanying guests wish to book sightseeing tours at their own expense they can contact theVilnius Tourist Information Centre, which provides professional, objective and exhaustive information about the tourist product of Vilnius – Vilnius City Card, most interesting places to visit, thematic or regular sightseeing tours for groups and individuals, cultural events and entertainment, accommodation booking and restaurants, transport rent and shopping. The Centre sells books and publications about Vilnius and Lithuania, maps, postcards, souvenirs.

Cancellation Policy Registration
ICCA Head Office must be notified in writing of any cancellations. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to & including 18 June 2010 € 100 for delegates, € 50 for accompanying guests (excluding 21% Lithuanian VAT)
- On & after 19 June 2010 no refund, full amount payable. This means if you cancel before you transferred payment, you are still obliged to pay the full registration fee as a cancellation fee. This is also the case if you don't show up at the event.
ICCA reserves the right to refuse your registration should we suspect dishonest intentions for registering, non payment of ICCA Membership Fees or non payment of (past) registration fees.
Travel and Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organizers of the ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programme will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. ICCA and the Local Hosts will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants, either during or as a result of the programme.
Visa Information
- If you are a citizen of one of the following countries you do not require a visa to travel to Lithuania for a maximum period of 90 days, but you must present a valid passport:
