Come to the ICCA Head Office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to learn how to get the most out of the ICCA Association Database.
Please bring your own laptop and adaptor for the Netherlands (when needed). Make sure that your laptop is configured to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP enabled). If laptops brought to the workshop are configured with a fixed IP address instead, this may lead to connectivity problems in our office.

Registration is now open. Should you wish to register, please follow this link.
Cancellation Policy:
- Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to ICCA Head Office,
- For cancellations received up to and including 16 September 2010, a cancellation fee of €50 (ex. VAT) will be charged,
- For cancellations received on and after 17 September 2010, no refund will be given, full amount payable
- Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.
IMPORTANT
When ticking the box, you are committing to paying the applicable registration fees. This means if you cancel before you transferred payment, you are still obliged to pay the cancellation fee (up & including 16 September 2010) or the full fee (on & after 17 September 2010). This is also the case if you don't show up at the event.
ICCA reserves the right to refuse your registration should we suspect dishonest intentions for registering, non payment of ICCA Membership Fees or non payment of (past) registration fees.
