Congress Bid Manual 2010 now available

The new congress bid manual is now available. The rotation area for 2010 is Asia Pacific. Destinations in Africa and Middle East can also bid. If you are interested in organising the ICCA Congress, please contact Mieke van Loenen for a copy of the manual.
