The International Meetings, Conventions and Incentives Fair BTC took place in Rome for the first time ever

On 8 & 9 November, the 23rd edition the BTC International fair took place in the Nuova Fiera di Roma.
For the first time, free appointments were introduced between demand and supply. Thanks to new tools made available to professionals by the organisation, negotiations took place according to specific needs of exhibitors and buyers. Buyers and exhibitors had two, instead of three, days to negotiate, so as to allow the market to optimise its participation in the event, improving business, as well as contact effectiveness.

The organisation went quite smoothly. Most ICCA members present had a full schedule with meetings and many visitors stopped by the ICCA stand for information. All in all it was a positive experience and we look forward to coming back next year.
